Multi Org Structure

Definition: It is used to capture the multiple organizations in a single data base.

Business group: It is highest level of in the multi level org it secures the human resource details

Ledger: It a reporting entity in which we record the our organization transaction and also it determine four ‘C’
            General ledger and fixed assets we will work at ledger level, business group contains multiple ledgers but ledger must be associate one business group.

Legal Entity: Its nothing but tax authority Details ledger contain multiple legal authority but legal entity must be associate with one ledger

Operating unit: Is a major business division one legal entity contain multiple operating units but one operating must be associated with one operating unit so in this level AP, AR, OM, PO will work at this level

Inventory organization: It is nothing but a where house or plant one operating unit multiple inventory org but one inventory org must be associated with one operating unit

Sub – inventory: It is part in the inventory organization one inventory org have multiple sub inventory but one sub inventory associated only one inventory org
